A girlfriend of mine is designing and building eco-friendly houses and giving them names like the 'Wizard's House' and the 'Philosopher's Cottage'.

I wanted one immediately, now, very now. In fact, I have always wanted one but it has only recently become an acceptable value. More and more of my clients are doing 'sustainability.'

Practically in every other part of your existence, you will go to a professional for advice. You name it, there is usually someone you are happy to pay, to save you money, protect your legal rights, manage your health issues, insure your house, organise your PCs.....

But you spend two thirds of your life at work! What do you do to protect your interests in your job? If you are a CEO in Western Europe, probably, nothing. In Japan - the more senior you get the more personal development you'll want to do.

Why? Because the same talents that cause you to get rich are the same attributes that can cause you to lose it all. Be aware that when a strength is overused, it can turn into a detriment. Let's identify better strategies, together.
